Safety 1st LLC analyzes each project individually. We use our experience and project management methodology to meet specific objectives for every job, all while assuring we put safety first. It's our goal to deliver safe and cost effective solutions to all customers.
We have a company safety plan in place to meet OSHA guidelines on every job site. All Safety 1st employees are well versed on job site safety policies. We are also environmentally conscious. We recycle material accrued during our demolition services and tailor recycling plans to meet local, state, and federal mandates.

Senior Partner
John "JD" is the senior partner at Safety 1st and leads the early stages of every project. With extensive experience working across multiple demolition companies, he brings deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of how to plan jobs the right way from the start. He vets each project, confirms the scope, and helps get the work moving with the right plan and crew in place. His years in the industry have also taught him one thing above all: safety should always come first.
